“The Congress would raise various issues like total failure of public distribution system, deteriorating law and order in the state, and the government taking credit over projects initiated by the previous government,” state Congress president Kaul Singh Thakur told reporters.

BJP state chief Jairam Thakur, while denying the Congress accusations, said the ruling party would be ready to nail the opposition in the house.

“The past one year has been full of remarkable achievements even though the opposition Congress tried to make everyone to believe otherwise,” the BJP leader said.

There will be 11 sittings during the session. The budget would be tabled in the house Feb 16 and is likely to be passed Feb 26.
