New Delhi: The entrance test for the coming year IIT coaching that will be conducted by Rahmani-30, under Rahmani Foundation, will be held on April 5, 18 & 19.
The decision has been taken in the light of efforts made this year for IIT coaching and preparations for it and after the suggestions of ADGP Abhyanand, the academic responsible for coaching, teachers’ team, the management of Rahmani-30 and Maulana Wali Rahmani, chairman of Rahmani Foundation.
Rahmani-30 will introduce a new batch for students who will be passing 10th exam this year. Second batch will be for students, who will be eligible to appear for IIT-JEE in 2010.
It is believed that a large number of students will compete for the entrance test as they did last time in July 2008.
The entrance test was held previously at only 14 places but this time it may be held at some other places too such as Ranchi, Jamshedpur, Dhanbad, Bokaro and Sahab Ganj, so that students form Jharkhand also can take part.
Noticeably April 5, 18 & 19 are the estimated days for the entrance test if CBSE and other board examinations come to an end in March.
