Britney gets more time with kids during world tour

Beijing: Pop star Britney Spears will get to spend more time with her two children during her ongoing “Circus” world tour following an agreement with her ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The “Womanizer” hitmaker who has two sons, Sean Preston, three, and two-year-old Jayden James, has been allowed to keep the kids more than 50 percent of the time while she is performing across the globe till late this year, reports chinadaily.com.

“Lawyers for Britney and Kevin Federline have filed documents with the family law commissioner Scott Gordon, stating that they have reached a new temporary custody arrangement,” said a source.

“The new agreement will be effective during the rest of June, July and August,” the source added.

The pair’s lawyers have reportedly also agreed upon the days of custody for both kids.

After the tour, the custody will return to a 50-50 split.

It has previously been claimed Spears could only see her children while touring if Federline who won the primary custody after the 27-year-old singer’s breakdown last year agreed. She was even said to be paying him $4,000 a week to travel with her so she could be near the boys.
