New Delhi: Ajay Devgn, Konkona Sen Sharma and Paresh Rawal – all three are National Award winners and they will be seen together for the first time in the comedy “Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?”, being co-produced by Warner Bros Pictures India and Wide Frame Films.
The film is being directed by Ashwani Dheer, who made his directorial debut with the 2008 movie “One Two Three”.
Ajay says he chose “Atithi Tum Kab Jaoge?” for its content.
“I liked the script because it is very real and has some slice-of-life comic situations. It is also very cleverly written and the humour in the dialogue makes it very likeable. I’m sure people from all walks of life will identify with it because every home must have had a guest who has been the bane of their lives,” Ajay said in a press release.
Producer Kumar Mangat’s daughter Amita Pathak, who made her acting debut in her father’s production “Haal-e-Dil” (2008), owns Wide Frame Films and this is her first film as a producer.
To be shot over 50 days at Yash Raj Films studio and other locales in Mumbai, the film is slated to hit screens Feb 26 next year.
