New Delhi : Tickets for Sunday’s opening ceremony of the Commonwealth Games have been sold out and just a few are left for the Oct 14 closing ceremony, an official said.
“No tickets are available now for the opening ceremony, we have sold every ticket. We only have some tickets of the closing ceremony left with us,” an official of the CWG Organising Committee said.
Some 6,700 athletes from 71 countries and territories will vie for 829 medals in 17 disciplines at the Games.
