Ghaziabad : The Ghaziabad Development Authority (GDA) Tuesday decided to impose city development charges (CDC) on realty developers to supplement infrastructure development costs in the area.
The GDA would generate Rs.6,670 crore by imposing Rs.824 per square metre, vice chairman Santosh Yadav said at a press conference after a GDA board meeting.
