New Delhi : A large number of BJP leaders and activists Thursday gave “a warm welcome” to party president Nitin Gadkari as he flew into the capital from Mumbai, a party leader said.
The supporters then accompanied Gadkari, who has denied charges of corruption and corporate wrongdoing, to his residence in the heart of the city.
Among those who received Gadkari at the airport were Delhi BJP spokesman Vijay Jolly, legislator Brahm Singh Tanwar, Pravesh Verma, Azad Singh and Ram Pal Yadav, Jolly said in a statement.
