Two more booths rigged, allege voters in Faridabad

After the video which had some politician asking people to vote for lotus went viral,  polling at that  booth No 88 was cancelled.

But as voters shared their stories of how the party men were either breathing down their necks to ensure that they voted for lotus or they themselves pressed the button on the EVM, more people came up about similar incidents in two other polling booths Numbered 86 and 87, of the same district.

 The BSP candidate contesting from Faridabad has complained to the Returning officer asking for re-polling in Booth 87.

These villages are allegedly Thakur dominated. And thy have been accused of having rigged these 2 polling booths by the Dalit and Muslim communities.

The polling was held here on 12th May 2019.
