Ghaziabad : A Ghaziabad court Tuesday framed charges against two senior Uttar Pradesh government officers, including Allahabad Revenue Board Chairperson Neera Yadav, for alleged irregularities and corruption in land allotment in Noida.
Anti-Corruption Judge Rama Jain framed charges against Neera Yadav and state Principal Secretary (Education) Rajiv Kumar for irregularities in land allotment when they were Chief Executive Authority (CEO) and Deputy CEO respectively of Noida in 1994.
Judge Jain also framed charges against Noida’s Kailash Hospital chairman and managing director, Dr Naresh Sharma, who was allocated land by the two officers in violation of rules and procedures.
The charges against the three were framed in the three cases filed by the Central Bureau of Investigation.
