Chennai : Six decades after Mohammad Ali Jinnah divided India, he is now doing the same to the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), says Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M. Karunanidhi.
Speaking to reporters here Saturday, Karunanidhi said: “Jinnah sowed the seeds for dividing India. Now he is instrumental for the divisions within the BJP.”
The BJP is teeming with internal strife after it expelled former defence and finance minister Jaswant Singh for his book that argues the Pakistan founder was wrongly being demonised in India for the partition.
