Patna : A constable was killed by a criminal gang in Gaya district when he resisted robbery at his home, police said Friday.
Amrendra Kumar, a police constable, was shot dead Thursday night by criminals at railway colony near Delha in Gaya town, about 100 km from here.
Kumar’s family members, however, said the criminals first shot him dead and later tried to rob them. They have lodged a case.
