Mumbai : Lakhs of Dawoodi Bohras from India and around the world congregated in Surat Tuesday to mark the 101st birthday celebrations of their spiritual leader, Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin.
Bohras arrived from many countries including the US, Britain, Canada, France, Australia, Sweden, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman and Saudi Arabia, to seek blessings of the Syedna, spokesman Shaikh Qureish Raghib told IANS.
Bohras also came from Pakistan and Bangladesh.
