Pakistan-India Boost new Measures

Islamabad : Delegations from India and Pakistan met in this capital Monday to analyze new measures to boost confidence between the two countries as part of bilateral peace talks.

The proposals include exact definition of bus service, commercial exchange and trucks through Cachemira control line.

They also boost opening of more borders crossing to make family exchange easier.

The delegation from India foreign ministry was presided over by deputy secretary C.A. Raghavan while the director of Pakistani Foreign Service in Southern Asia Aizaz Ahmed Chaudhary was the host,as well as other officials from both countries’ ministries.

According to a note from The News web site both parts agreed to establish two trans-bordering routes between Srinagar, Jamu-Cachemira Indian state capital and the Pakistani locality of Muzaffarabad, and between Poonch and rawalakot.
