New Delhi : The Bank of Rajasthan will issue over 26.8 million bonus shares in the ratio of one bonus share for every five shares held, the company announced Monday.
In a regulatory statement, the bank also said it has posted a net profit of Rs.309 million in the first quarter of the current fiscal.
Additionally, it has declared a dividend of 5 percent for the financial year ended March 31.
