The meeting at North Block lasting over two hours was chaired by Home Secretary Madhukar Gupta and was attended by Manipur Chief Secretary Jarnail Singh and the northeastern state’s Director General of Police Yumnam Jaykumar Singh, said an official release.
Representatives of the army, central paramilitary forces, Border Roads Organisation (BRO) and the ministries of panchayati raj, railways, food and civil supplies, petroleum and finance attended the meeting.
