AIL, which was selected after meeting the World Economic Forum's (WEF) stringent parameters, will participate in the inaugural annual meeting of the "New Champions" to be held in China's Dalian from Sep 6-8, it said in a statement here.

"We feel privileged to have been identified as a Global Growth Company by the World Economic Forum," said AIL Managing Director Raaja Kanwar.

"The Forum will provide us with the platform for interaction and collaboration with other members companies and sharing of ideas of business opportunities. This will also help us in furthering our vision of nurturing entrepreneurs through partnership."

AIL's group company – UFO Moviez had last month received the International Indian Film Academy's (IIFA) Innovation Award in Indian Cinema, at Glasgow.

The WEF is an independent international organisation committed to improving the state of the world by engaging leaders in partnerships to shape global, regional and industry agendas.

The Community of Global Growth Companies was created by the WEF to support the next generation of businesses as they navigate the challenges of new geographies, markets, cultures and regulatory systems on their way to becoming the industry leaders of tomorrow.
