Baghdad : A suicide bomber killed Thursday at least 20 people and wounded 45 in Kirkuk, an Interior Ministry source said.
The attack took place in the afternoon when a person detonated explosives on the vehicle at a Kurdish restaurant some 15 kilometers north of Kirkuk, or over 250 kilometers from Baghdad.
Kirkuk has been the scene of tension as bomb attacks have continued regularly there due to conflict between Kurdish, Arab and Turkmen communities.
