New Delhi: The film based on post-9/11 scenario prevalent in Pakistan, and in a Muslim society in general, will be released in India on March 28. Khuda ke Liye will be the first Pakistani film to be released in Indian theatres. And that will add a new chapter in India-Pakistan relationship.
The film starring Bollywood icon Naseeruddin Shah, besides Pakistani actors Shan and Iman Ali, talks about the changed Western perception about Muslims and clash between fundamentalists and liberals within the community. Shah plays a Muslim cleric in the film which has already been screened in Pakistan, Dubai and London.
