Earlier JNU, a central university, would take madrasa students only in the second year of three-year BA courses after candidates completed first year from any other UGC-recognized college or university. JNU offers all major language courses in BA like French, Japanese, Chinese, German, Arabic, Korean, Spanish etc. These languages have career benefits.
