Two Sikhs were reported to be brutally killed by Pakistani Taliban on the failure of their family to pay the ransom money.

“The brutal killings like these can never be justified by anyone, whatsoever logic one may put forward,” said the statement released by SDPI.

“Safeguarding the lives of its minorities from lawlessness, mayhem and protecting their lives and property is the paramount duty of any State.”

Punishing those who are responsible for this act will help Sikh minorities to have faith in the administration of the country.

SDPI is a Muslim led political party launched on June 21, 2009 in New Delhi.
