He spoke in length on Prophet’s good manner, his generosity, his bravery and his integrity. “He was a practical example of all good habits of human being” he added.

Eminent scholar Maulana Kalbe Jawwad threw light on different aspects of prophet’s life. “Today anti-Islam forces are using modern technology to spread propaganda against Islam, we should come out to defend that” he urged.

“To light a candle in darkness, to establish educational institute and to do any good work are Jihads in the eye of Islam. Islam does not allow to cut a tree without any proper reason then how can it allow to kill any innocent human being?” he asked.

On the occasion, AMU Registrar Professor VK Abdul Jalil said that Prophet Mohammad (SAW) brought out the humanity from darkness to light. He urged the students to put the sunnat of Prophet in their lives and take on the mission of education to every corner, so, that the community can come on the track of development.

He also informed the audience that holding Jalsa Seeratun Nabi on 12th Rabiul Awwal has been the old tradition of AMU. Maulana Shibli Nomani organized this for the first time in the life of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan.
