I Accuse: The Anti-Sikh Violence of 1984
By Jarnail Singh
Penguin/Viking | 165 pages | Rs 350

Public memory is short but what happened in October-November,1984 with Sikh in Delhi and other parts of India is not only unfortunate and shameful but is a scar that we as a nation, or society at the least, projected to be civilized and humane , should not and must not, be so hasty to wipe out of our collective memories.

The book under discussion is a detail account of not only what happened after assassination of Indira Gandhi by her body guards in terms of massacre but also its aftermath, long-term impact on Sikhs especially youth and pattern of denial of justice. Written by Jarnail Singh, the Journalist who hurled the shoe on P. Chidambaram to make the deaf hear and act is a book, which will take on a journey beyond mere numbers and facts and tell you the spine chilling stories.

Unlike When A Tree Shook Delhi, a book on the same topic, which basically talks about the legal battle for justice. This book talks about the sufferings of the victims, survivors and also explores, what has transpired in these 25 years. Basically, “nothing has happened in 25 years. There have been 11 commissions and committees. Hearings are still going on. Witnesses are dying. It has become a mockery of justice”, he insists.

Memories of an adolescence: The book starts with personal experience of the author as 11 year old boy, residing in Lajpat Nagar of South Delhi. “When the noise of the mob began to get louder, Mother told us to climb up to the oltee, the small space at the head of staircase, and hide there. Usually we only went up there while playing hide-and-seek – and we were always scolded for it; but today we were actually being told to do so. For a longtime my two brothers and I- we were… It was suffocating up in the attic. Mother had been too distracted to give us any food and we had not even had our breakfast that morning… “, he recalls. (p. 9-10) “The Park was our life. All three of us went to play and we found the other kids in the park were in the middle of the game of touch ball- where you have to hit the other players with the ball. The ball used to cost just fifty paise but the hits really hurt. The three of us took a while to realize that we were being hit hardest and most often. It dawned on us that the other boys were making us targets. It was not a game; it was a form of making us scapegoats. None other children were being treated that way.”, he notes. (p. 16)

Massacre not Riots: “The events following Indira Gandhi’s assassination were not riots, though that is what they are commonly called. Riots break out between two factions in confrontation with each other and both suffer the damage in greater or lesser degree. This violence was well organized. An estimated 5000 Sikh died across the country, but there is no record of even member of the mob being killed or charged.” he explains. (p. 25) He further notes, “The pattern in which the violence occurred, forced the Nanavati Commission to say, ‘The massacre was organized and carried out with precision’.” (p. 28)

Poisoning Generation Next: It is really heart rending to learn that, how deliberately children of widows were trapped in to drug addiction. The books notes, “…more than 200 young men have lost their lives to drugs.” (p. 120) The book further notes,” With fathers dead in riots brothers lost to the drug habit and helpless mothers, some girls have been forced to take prostitution. These innocent are being taken advantage of. Jagdish Singh admits that he knows that five to ten girls from their colony are fully in to this trade and there are probably at least fifty to sixty more.” (p. 124)

Protector or Partners in Crime: On the role of Police and other forces, which are considered to be protectors, Singh documents, how these forces worked hand in hand with mob and the planners of the massacre. “The job of the police during the three days of violence that gripped Delhi was, one, to scatter the Sikhs wherever they were collecting and two, to give the mob orders to attack, after seizing the Sikhs’ weapons. As so many of the affidavits recorded by the commissions of enquiry set up to investigate the violence of 1984 have note, this pattern was followed all over Delhi. First a crowd would gather and attack a gurdwara. If there was any resistance, the police would come to the help of attackers.” he sites. (p. 27-28)

Media Bias: The author was shocked and got disappointed to learn the role of Media during the days of massacre as he writes, “…(I)t was saddening to note that the newspapers of those critical days seemed as if they were asleep. Except for the Indian Express and the Hindi language Jansatta, owned by the same group, there was nothing on the violence in other major publications. One could not make out from these newspapers that on 31 October and 1, 2 and 3 November, 3000 Sikhs had been killed in national capital”. (p. 143) And he raise some unanswered questions, “Why was this so? Why did the national print media, which independent, do this? Murders in Delhi are widely covered, why not such a big massacre was reported. ... (D)id some bias exist against the Sikhs in the media or was it because the media did not understand them ” ? (p. 144)

Lucid in language, packed with arguments and documents and full of emotions. With a short foreword from Khuswant Singh, in which he concludes, “It is a must read for all those who wish that such horrendous crimes do not take place again”.

Have the Indian Agencies Forgotten?

Have the Indian agencies forgotten, the Farooq Abdullah said only this much, ‘that the “some powers” had prevented him from probing the massacre of 35 Sikhs at Chattisinghpora in 2000 on the eve of Bill Clinton’s visit to India’.

SUBMISSION NOT TO TERRORISE THE MINORITIES IN INDIA

BKI Jagtar Singh Hawara assaulted in court, not a failure of the Indian Intelligent agencies, but it was like enacted Drama to terrorize the minorities in India.

A man in custody, Jagrar Singh Hawara attacked: A shameful incident; he also retaliated, slapped Sharma, and raised pro-kahalistan slogans.

Who managed this drama? Whether the Indian Intelligent agencies, if yes, then why and what for?

Or

Is it really, the incident put the role of intelligence agencies under scanner because the right wing activists had pointed sometime back that they would attack Hawara in daylight someday?

The Sikh Vichar Manch never wished or desired unity and integrity of India to see continuing violation of human rights in the manner under the garb of the slogan of maintaining unity and integrity of India.

I also wrote a second edition after ten years of my book, “Why India Is Devoid Of Rule of Law?

It seems the handiwork or one of the dramas of the coward Indian intelligence secret agencies.

What for continuing attacking the minorities’ heroes, as now did in BKI Jagtar Singh Hawara’s case.

To whom the Indian Intelligent agencies are provoking by such acts of attacking by the Hindus terrorists?

Have the ndian agencies forgotten, the Farooq Abdullah said only this much, ‘that the “some powers” had prevented him from probing the massacre of 35 Sikhs at Chattisinghpora in 2000 on the eve of Bill Clinton’s visit to India’.

Balbir Singh Sooch - it's not LOYALTY but question of...

Balbir Singh Sooch @ January and February 2010 under various titles of this article.

Mr. Balbir Singh Sooch - it IS NOT the QUESTION of LOYALTY of a particular community OR sect in India.

It is the question of JUSTICE in India ! Every political party from Kaangress to RSS to B J P are all infiltrated, influenced, and occupied by "High Caste". They DO NOT CARE about LOYALTIES - they are just interested in "their own" CONTINUED EXISTENCE and DOMINATION.

As long as CONTINUED EXISTENCE and DOMINATION of High Castes is ensured, they DO NOT HESITATE even to eliminate THEIR OWN Hindu BRETHREN. We have seen A CLEAR EVIDENCE of this in case of ATS-Mumbai Chief Hemant Karkare and his colleagues who were "silently eliminated" by Hindutva / Sangh Parivaar thugs, during Mumbai 26/11 episode.

So - aam jantaa, I mean EACH AND EVERY common citizen should be prepared to "hurl" SHOES at politicians @ every possible opportunity - just like Jarnail Singh did at "teflon coated" P.C. to DEMAND JUSTICE.

Being an ADVOCATE and knowing INDIAN LAW - I'm sure you "exhausted" all opportunities of seeking LEGAL JUSTICE for your Sikh brethren for the 1984 Sikh Massacre.

It is NOT JUST the question of survival of Sikhs, Christians, Muslims, or Hindus in India. It is a QUESTION of SURVIVAL for all those Indians, who SPEAK TRUTH and DEMAND JUSTICE. And I'm a firm believer in saying:

JAB SACHCHAAI KA HO BOOL BALAA, JHOOTEY KA MUNH KAALA.

We will make JHOOTEY Hindustani LOOG to sit at back of DONKEYS and MAKE TOUR of CITIES, TOWNS, and VILLAGES for making SACHCHAAI ka PRACHAAR.

The Cultural Cover versus the Transparency and Accountability in India

Will the Cultural Cover Ever Be Uncovered Or Exposed?

By Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana

The Indian cultural cover and the transparency and accountability are conflicting terms and contradictory to each other, when the Indian culture is based on ambiguity and falsehood openly, and whereas, the transparency and accountability demand to secure access to accuracy, clearness and the responsibility. The Indian cultural cover and the transparency and accountability can not run simultaneously.

Under the circumstances, the transparency and accountability can never be meaningfully and adequately promoted as being considered against the policy of culture cover and unnecessary for justice in the Indian system i.e. discriminatory in nature basically. The Indians were victims of their own history.

Under the garb of the cultural cover, the people in India are facing humiliation, harassment and the planned State terrorism and not getting the information even under ‘The Right to Information (RTI) Act’. Could it be called as a part of the corrupt world phenomena and to remain for ever unchecked?

Those who are in favor to keep the cultural cover intact over the transparency and accountability always remain in the good books of the governments in India and such characters are selectively and exceptionally trained to do odd jobs and for distorting the history.

To a question of mine, as to why the Sikh massacre-1984 being remembered as 84 riots in the country by the media as well as by the intellectuals and the writers etc, the answer was, it was all being done in the name and under the garb of cultural cover by the flatters toeing the line of falsehood openly and they are against the transparency and accountability? It was really very negatively knowledgeable, but very disheartening answer to digest for me at late stage of my life.

However, I could get an answer as why and where, I failed unbendingly in the eye of the system. I am proud of that the failure is not on the part of legal awareness and of conscientiousness and or religious in any manner.
As to why Prof. Harinder Singh Mehboob, renowned Punjabi Shiromani Sahitkaar, noted litterateur and Sahitya Academy Award winner was being criticized till to day? The answer was obvious, for and because of his act of cultural uncover, a few lines of his poetry ‘Murder of sleeps and a wonderful act of Martyr’ i.e. ‘Neendan Da Qatal and Shaheed Da Gajab’ in his book, ‘Jhanan Di Raat’ at page 826 to 828 and he was not suitably remembered and comparatively glorified for his work on his death.
The operative part of the poem, ‘Murder of sleeps and a wonderful act of Martyr’ is being produced in English for ready reference as under: The poem, what a wonderful example of exposure of the Indian cultural cover?
“Murder of sleeps
and
A wonderful act of Martyr”
Listen! Oh cruel witch! ...
The Nation of the Martyr*
Slept after offering prayers at the door of Guru!
Then, a witch snake or cobra** stealthily sneaked in, thirsty to suck blood,
The hands of Beant with firmness of mind
O woman with wicked sons, listen. You have killed the innocent children of my Qaum in their sleep.
But Jarnail who is an old guard of the Guru’s house, is riding the almighty Time and such a rider is never defeated. Listen, 0 heartless and cruel Witch!
The wrath of Beant will finish you like an insect and having demolished the gates of your kingdom, will push you in the darkness of Hell...
The woman like a female witch snake or cobra surrounded the Harmandir and Fate burnt the bread of the pious fakirs.
Then, an arrow shot by Beant came to destroy the poison of the wily witch who slept in the hearts of idol-worshippers.
The innocent babies eaten away in asleep
Listen! Oh cruel witch! ...
The Foot notes to the poem:
*Martyrdom day of Guru Arjan Dev
** A witch snake or cobra, known for killing its victims in sleep by sucking in their breath in imaginary stories.
Mehboob was given the Government’s prestigious Sahitya Akademi award for 1991 for his anthology entitled ‘Jhanan Di Raat’, which contains the long poem vilifying Indira Gandhi as a “witch snake or cobra**” and hailing her assassin Beant Singh as a martyr. It also makes communal references to “idol-worshippers”.
Was it not an act of uncover and exposure of the cultural cover and should be honored by all in the interest of justice and the transparency?
It is already said that sources disclose that eminent poet Amrita Pritam, convener of the three member jury, was instrumental in Mehboob getting the award. Her one sentence report, described the book as “a beautiful happening in Punjabi literature” which explores “the agony and ecstasy of life”. The other members of the jury, Prof Amrik Singh and Dr Jasbir Singh Ahluwalia, did not find the book to be of high literary standard.
Hindi poet and critic Vishnu Khare said "The poem is definitely communal, it almost deifies violence and is certainly offensive to a large number of Indians The Sahitya Akademi must express regret and see that its jury members read all books most carefully."
Hindu writer Krishna Sobti described the Poem as “deeply disturbing.” She said it was “simply outrageous” that an assassin of the Prime Minister of India should be elevated to the status of a martyr in the line of Guru Arjan Dev.
Prof. Harbhajan Singh too found the book good, but agreed that the last poem was inflammatory and communal “It would have been better if this book was not given the Sahitya Akademi award,” he said.
When the question like this, “The final question is: what will the Sahitya Akademi and its parent Ministry do now to rectify the lapse, and to prevent a recurrence in future?”, being posed, whether the cultural cover ever will be uncovered or exposed to bring the transparency and accountability in the system?

Was the demand to uncover and expose the cultural cover and the cry for justice in favor of the transparency and accountability, does it amount to revolt against the State and or the lawlessness?

In case, the international community concludes so on the ground that it was the acceptable world phenomena, and there can never be any remedy except the whistle-blowers including me to surrender under protest grudgingly. But, I wish to pose the following questions to have answers in the larger interest to test the transparency and accountability in the context in Indian system:
1. Can the information under the Act, be provided as to how many Sikhs arrested meaning thereby taken into custody, captured, detained, caught, taken in for questioning, picked up etc and or how many sent abroad and now on the ‘black list’ and or arrested to arm them as terrorists and cats and or how many surrendered meaning thereby: laid down their arms, admitted defeat, submitted, yielded, given in, gave up etc after the Army attack 1984 till today?
2. The details of the Sikhs and others who were picked up spontaneously, unplanned manner surprisingly and later on killed, eliminated, liquidated, shown disappeared etc all including the given categories as stated by former DGP K.P.S. GILL after the period stated above? See reference below.
3. As to why a 'Constitutional Commission' did not set up for facing justice on the demand of former DGP K.P.S. GILL?
4. Could the detailed identity of the main accused (Rajiv Gandhi) stands killed by a ‘Human Bomb’, the other co-accused, who remained the part and parcel of the then entire government machinery, responsible for the `genocide of Sikhs' or the `State-Sponsored Violence' against Sikhs not be disclosed being a matter of record as the accused were on duty on all the three days of Sikh Massacre-1984?
5. Why only the government always form or remain in search of some committee, team, the individuals as its henchmen, when the crime(s) committed by the state machinery become so open, to insist only to accept the adequate compensation and start pressurizing the victims families to accept the same and no guilty punished except playing political dramas like the cases of H.K.L. Bhagat, Jagdish Tytler and now case of Sajjan Kumar etc?

India tried to by Sikh by returning peanuts

By making few armed forces commanders, India tried to buy the loyalties of the Sikhs though Sikhs have been most loyal of its communities. Thinking them having no home other than India, India seems to take this for granted. The overplaying of unfortunate killing of two Sikhs in Pakistan is not a heartful outrage but to take the Sikhs' eye from the pogrom of 1984. How come India be so efficient in capturing and hanging Indiara's killers while it takes 26 years to be saved via a bail in few minutes. India must remember that had it been some other communty, India could have seen another partition. Is India listening about its integrity??Let the Sikhs feel justice been done though justice delayed is justuce denied. Who is holding us back???

this is outrageous sikhs are

this is outrageous sikhs are morons they dont know what they are doing have you forgotten what they did to minorities during partition, this is the revenge taken by god, they are gaddars, cheaters, they have no country.

Jai maharashtra......

Who Knows It Was Political Drama Or The Process of Law?
The possibility can not be ruled out:
After H. K. L. Bhagat, Jagdish Tytler, Now the Drama of Sajjan Kumar’s Case About To Finish
Defence version was being highlighted more forcibly not the prosecution story. Why?
What would be the net result or outcome of Sajjan Kumar's case, Justice Pathak indicated very briefly and conclusively in advance by the remarks, "CBI is still generous for you.”?
Sajjan Kumar's bail plea to be heard Monday
http://www.hindustantimes.com/News-Feed/newdelhi/Sajjan-Kumar-s-bail-ple...
Senior advocate I.U. Khan, appearing for Sajjan Kumar, pleaded that his client should be granted some interim relief. The CBI had been "very kind and generous" to him for all these years (25 years) "but somehow things have changed", he said.
On this, Justice Pathak said: "CBI is still generous for you."
The CBI (The Indian governments and their agencies i.e. “Some Powers” so far) had been "very kind and generous" to him for all these years "but somehow things have changed"(As to why suddenly due process of law has come into action?), he said.
On this, Justice Pathak said: "CBI is still generous for you." (Justice consoled and pacified the defence counsel by his remarks may be tauntingly "CBI is still generous for you.”)
What would be the net result or outcome of Sajjan Kumar's case, Justice Pathak indicated very briefly and conclusively in advance by the remarks?
Defence version was being highlighted more forcibly not the prosecution story. Why?
The prosecution story should have been based on the following articles and the comments therein, and accordingly was required to be highlighted.

The Related Reaction:
The wisest, but a Very Painful Reaction of a Lady - Sikh Massacre 1984
Sometimes sufferings and mental pains make a person more wiser than the intellectuals, the politicians, the social and human rights activists shedding crocodile tears, announcing for rewarding, paying the compensation, punishing the guilty etc at the instance of the Indian cruel “Some Powers”

Similar was the wisest, but a very painful reaction of a lady, gone through the untold sufferings and mental pains for 25 years after Sikh Massacre-1984:

Sikh victims’s kin seek strong punishment for Sajjan Kumar

One of the victims of Sikh Massacre as a common lady on TV was rightly reacting to the Sajjan Kumar’s drama see: Sajjan Kumar - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and said, it is only a show and publicity stunt like the Dramas ended of H.K. L. Bhagat see: H. K. L. Bhagat - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia and Jagdish Tytler see: Jagdish Tytler - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Anti-Sikh Riot: HC Reserves Order on Sajjan's Bail Plea

Sikh Massacre: CBI Gives Clean Chit to Jagdish Tytler!

CBI Gives Clean Chit to Jagdish Tytler!

By Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana
New Delhi, April 14, 2009 (IANS) “Hundreds of people saw them (Tytler, Sajjan) in action during the riots even if their versions differ now. The Nanavati Commission makes it clear that a riot accused cannot contest an election unless proved innocent and should not be given tickets,” veteran journalist and novelist Khushwant Singh said.
Jagdish Tytler and Sajjan Kumar, named in the 1984 anti-Sikh riot cases, should have themselves withdrawn their election candidature before the Congress asked them do so after pressure from the Sikh community, says Khushwant Singh.

“I was hoping that they would withdraw from the polls themselves instead of waiting for the Congress to give in to pressure by the Sikhs. They should not have been given tickets to contest the polls in the first place,” Khushwant Singh, 94, told IANS in the capital Tuesday.
“Jagdish Tytler is repeating the only defence in his case and for the other killers thFat when there was curfew all over in Delhi as how the killings took place and there is no reason of being present of Jasbir Singh”
Former Director CBI Joginder Singh including other prominent and very responsible personalities on various TV channels undoubtedly and openly stated that the investigating agency CBI, commissions and other agencies concerned exceptionally and very badly handled the investigation of Sikhs genocide November 1984 in Delhi and elsewhere in the country till date and miserably failed to bring the culprits to face justice.
It is nothing but total failure of system and any political party and hired criminals could do the same any time in the country.
In view of the report before the court on September 29, 2007 by CBI claiming that one Jasbir Singh had allegedly heard Tytler inciting a mob to kill Sikhs after the assassination of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi but his whereabouts could not be located” what else would be expected from the investigating agencies for justice in India.
Former Union Minister Jagdish Tytler is repeating the only defence in his case and for the other killers that when there was curfew all over in Delhi as how the killings took place and there is no reason of being present of Jasbir Singh on the scene to see and hearing him (Jagdish Tytler) inciting a mob to kill Sikhs after the assassination of former Prime Minister Indira Gandhi.
Is he trying to say that the genocide of about 3000 Sikhs alone in Delhi during that period a false, fabricated and baseless story?
Did he condemn the killings during those days? Or did he remain busy to supervise the killings and inciting the mob with the help of Delhi police under special instructions to do and finish the task on time?

To further justify Khushwant Singh ji, I quote an email received on December 19, 2007 9:57 PM as under:
“There is tons of evidence out there. If the govt can really provide immunity to their own forces, this can be wrapped up real quick.
What I mean is, if Govt can come with a plan to forgive all those who come forward with the evidence or as evidence, may it be murderers or witnesses, we can get to the bottom of it real quick. Although insiders have confirmed that Govt exactly knows how it happened, but is afraid to pin point the charge.
Sajjan and Tytler and others are just small actors and this saffron "Tilak" on their forehead is protecting them. Do you know what I mean?
We are interested in letting people know the truth, and prevention of this nonsense behavior, again if that can be stooped. Chances are less, because this animal instinct is getting more and more powerful in "Kalyuga"
The other alternative is to "stay the course" and do your home work: never get deviated from path of kindness and compassion. And Let them go to hell. Sincerely, Amar Duggal”

The Indian State Terrorism in the Spoiled System Exposed!

The Indian State Terrorism in the Spoiled System Exposed!
By Balbir Singh Sooch, Advocate, Ludhiana

Was the statement ‘NSA must have few executive tasks: Chidambaram’ not the reaction to the note ‘Only Half Truth about “Some Powers” Exposed’ sent by email for the open knowledge of all concerned on February 5, 2010?

Will the reaction of Home Minister P Chidambaram and the note, ‘Only Half Truth about “Some Powers” Exposed’ help to reduce the Indian State terrorism in the world especially to safeguard the lives and for preventing people from terrorizing them in the spoiled Indian system?

November 1984 Sikh Massacre Justice Commitee formed

The Whole World and Sikhs Must Know the Reality as To What For “November 1984 Sikh Massacre Justice Committee” Formed After 25 Years?
Will the world community and the genuine peace loving International Human Rights Organizations answer to the questions in the larger interest?
1. Will the Justice Committee after 25 years only to ensure that all victims and survivors are adequately rehabilitated and also only to make sure that the government does not fail to keep the obligations of paying compensations to the victims?
2. Will the Justice Committee also to ensure that the ‘Guilty Of Engineering and Abetting the 1984 Massacre of Sikhs Be Prosecuted After the Investigation in or along with the Pending Cases’?
3. Was the then entire government machinery not to be held responsible and guilty of engineering and abetting the 1984 massacre of Sikhs, the State- Sponsored Violence against Sikhs by the justice committee for the prosecution under section 120-B of IPC etc after the investigation in or along with the pending cases?
4. If answer is no to the questions 2 & 3 above, then is it not an exercise on the part of the Justice Committee to cover up of the crimes on the line of Punjab and for ensuring that no guilty of Engineering and Abetting the 1984 Massacre of Sikhs Be Prosecuted After the Investigation in or along with the Pending Cases?
5. Were the Similar demands for adequate compensation by the then Committee for Coordination on Disappearances in Punjab (CCDP not as a cover up of the crimes to ensure that no guilty of the state machinery be punished for ‘The Extrajudicial Executions’ and for the disappearance of the Sikhs in Punjab?
6. Did the team consists of: Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, Attorney at Law; Harvinder Singh Phoolka Senior Advocate, Navkiran Singh, Advocate etc accept the assignment of the cover up of the crimes voluntarily or are they working under undue pressure and influence of “Some powers” to do this task against the spirit of ‘Rule of Law’?

Dear Mahtab, Really touched

Dear Mahtab,

Really touched with your words and concern for victims of 1984 Sikh
Massacre. Our Constitution talks about secularism but, Majoritysm is going
on in practice.
Regards,
Jarnail Singh

Year

Year 1947,1984,1989,1992,2002,2008 represent how the spirit of India was slaughtered by Indians. It is the time for us to get together and restore the dignity of our very own country. From Kashmiri Pandits to Manipuris, Gujarati Muslims to Delhi Sikhs, Christians in Kandhamal to tribals in Central India to come together and fight for the justice.

1984 Riots - 2002 Riots

There is no much differnce. What happened in 1984 was repeated in Feb 2002.

Criminals were the same only the victims who were targeted were differnt this time. Again it was not Riots but it was a geneocide.

In 1984 the primeminister was busyplanning the riots but in 2002 the prime minister was busy showing his musical skills and poetric skills on music channels and the home minister was supportong the criminal act whereas the chief minister was among the rioters.

And still we consider india as a democratic country and we are all secularists....

As Jarnail Singh playedwith thy head placed on palm of thy hand

As Jarnail Singh Obeyed:
“If thou yearnest to play the game of love (truth), step on to my path, with thy head placed on palm of thy hand”
The poems are for the consolation and the criminals would be punished as we do have faith and believe in the pre-ordained order of the Lord of will.
“By obeying, O Nanak ! The pre-ordained order of the Lord of will.………All are subject to His fiat and none is exempt from His fiat. O Nanak ! if man were to understand Lord’s fiat, then no one would take pride” In the context above, we have to obey Baba Nanak, “If thou yearnest to play the game of love (truth), step on to my path, with thy head placed on palm of thy hand”

The 1984 Massacre of Sikhs

The 1984 Massacre of Sikhs

The Guilty Of Engineering and Abetting the 1984 Massacre of Sikhs Be Prosecuted After the Investigation in the Pending Cases

Was the then entire government machinery not to be held responsible and guilty of engineering and abetting the 1984 massacre of Sikhs, the State- Sponsored Violence against Sikhs and be prosecuted under section 120-B of IPC etc after the investigation in the pending cases?

Or

Are all the criminals responsible for the `genocide of Sikhs' or the `State-Sponsored Violence' against Sikhs not be allowed to take the plea in defence of the then PM (Rajiv Gandhi) who almost rationalized the killing,''?

Or

Was the then PM Rajiv Gandhi not the main accused for the `genocide of Sikhs' or the `State-Sponsored Violence' against Sikhs?

Or

Whether in case, the main accused (Rajiv Gandhi) stands killed by a ‘Human Bomb’, the other co-accused, who remained the part and parcel of the then entire government machinery, responsible for the `genocide of Sikhs' or the `State-Sponsored Violence' against Sikhs, were exempted in the investigation or can not be prosecuted after the investigation in the pending cases, now?

Because, the justice is being denied, intentionally and deliberately, as experienced, then, under the circumstances, every possibility could to be seen as impossibility in India.
