I'm sure you know - controls and abuses of both signs i.e. "Snakes" and "Ladders" is in hands of politicians. Once we remove the "religious" OR "communal" tag, which I agree, then

Why blame the politicians

Many Govt servants - irrespective of their religion- HINDU, MUSLIM, CHRISTIAN, SIKH, JAIN, BUDDHIST, SC, ST indulge in corruption. Can it be claimed by any MUSLIM that MUSLIMS GOVT SERVANTS are less corrupt than the REST???

The politicians have to face "selection" by "election" every FIVE YEARS. But the GOVT SERVANT from IAS, IPS to PEON and CONSTABLE are assured of "employment" till they retire. So they can work with out "fear of favour" if they are not BENEFICIARIES of CORRUPTION. Maximum that politicians can do is to transfer them for not assisting the politicians in CORRUPTION and if the new incumbent also refuse to be party to CORRUPTION the value of transfer is lost. The VOTER/CITIZEN/AAM ADMI who complains about CORRUPTION becomes party to CORRUPTION immediately on becoming a GOVT SERVANT.

Even private DOCTORS will willingly issue any MEDICAL CERTIFICATE on payment on CASH. So RELIGIONS- irrespective of the BOOKS they follow hasn't made any HUMAN BEING GOOD.

CARTOONS depicts Typical Muslim mentality- goodies for "ONLY MUSLIMS"- not for all POOR Indians who are almost 45 Crore. Even if all the Indian Muslims are poor it would be just 15-18 Crore poor with more than 27-30 Crore POOR being from other religions. The cartoon correctly shows Elections as ladders for MUSLIMS using the "MUSLIM VOTE BANK politics" but the BUREAUCRACY shown as the snake is SNAKE for all Indians. Every Govt office is an addha of corruption - the poor irrespective of their religion face the same SNAKES.

Bureaucracy is MORE POWERFUL

Looking at LATEST CARTOON by Yusuf, it appears that BUREAUCRACY in Indian-Politics is MORE POWERFUL than the POLITICIAN(s), unlike older democracies.

In any-case "UNTIL" - both (Bureaucratic Snakes) and LADDER-CLIMBING (ambitious LIAR Politicians) are NOT EXPOSED and BROUGHT to JUSTICE, "Peace in India" is a "far-fetched-goal"; and survival of DEMOCRACY is difficult.

Bureaucrats, who infiltrated the Indian Administration eg. like Srikant Prasad Purohit ((and who knows HOW MANY are there as Govt. SALARIED goons)) NEEDS TO IDENTIFIED and administration(s) CLEANSED, for Indians to expect PEACE.

M. K. Narayanan, Former National Security Advisor; along with IB / RAW were the principal actors in the "targeted killing" of Hemant Karkare IPS and Vijay Salaskar IPS.

Reason : Hemant's hand had reached close to the mastermind of various blasts INSIDE India. And that was the chain of evil. RSS workers (foot soldiers) - Praveen Togadia - and finally to Narendra Modi and L.K. Advani.

The Govt. of India knew the truth., and therefore the Intelligence Agencies executed 26/11. It was a joint operation of RSS and LeT. Appoint a fair and free enquiry commission., and call M. K. Narayanan into the witness box., for truth to surface.

Why did Mr. Narendra Modi wish to meet Mrs. Kavita Karkare ? Why the Rs. 1 crore offer to the family of ONLY Karkare ? Why was Salaskar conveniently forgotten ? What message did Narendra Modi convey to Kavita Karkare ? "Keep silent otherwise we will send your son., to where we sent your husband".

Truth will surface., if not now., 20 yrs hence. Wait and watch until the ugly face of Hindutva Terrorism becomes visible to the naked eye., inspite of people like Gen. Krishna Rao., and MK Narayanan who did very dirty acts against the People of India., and against the State of India.
