Withdraw Foreign Educational Institution Bill: Muslim students groups

New Delhi: Muslim students organizations condemned the Foreign Educational Institution (Regulation of Entry and Operation) Bill, 2010 that was approved today by Union Cabinet, and demanded its immediate withdrawal, saying the move will increase the commercialization of education.
“The HRD Minister Kapil Sibal views that the bill if passed in parliament would be a revolution larger than the one in the telecom sector. This statement itself shows that the bill will be a green signal for tough competitions in the ‘education industry’ to earn large profits, said Shahnawaz Ali Raihan, National Secretary of Students Islamic Organization of India.
“The biggest problem faced by the Indian society is that higher education is reachable only for those who fall in the right hands of economic affordability and so a large section of Indian society has been marginalised. The bill if implemented will only help to intensify the current state of affairs. Commercialization of education had ruined many Indians and replaced talents by “capitation fee”. SIO is also apprehensive of the invasion of western culture, ethics and values along with the western universities,” Raihan said.
“Inviting foreign universities with red carpet will further increase the commercialization of education. Foreign universities are not coming to provide free educational service for the rural background and poor students. They are bringing the education as a commodity for sale. Everybody should be aware of it,” said Md Anisujjaman, General Secretary, Campus Front of India.
India has enough resources. The government should utilize and improve its own facilities. Foreign universities will only be the industry of manufacturing feudal and capitalist class in the Indian society. It will corrupt Indian education system, he further said.

Time for people to rise above caste, communal, racial line
Mr. Manik Prabhu's comments are true. Late Narsimha Rao, who "presided" over a HISTORICAL STRUCTURE DEMOLITION will be "tossing and turning" in his grave. We know, he COULD NOT visit his own "native town", being a SITTING P.M. of India, out of Naxal fear.
Anyhow, concerning Mr. Manik Prabhu's other comments - If it is left to Government jurisdiction - they WILL NOT HESITATE to give-away (I mean GIFT) Government Hospitals, Government Schools, etc. to Tatas, Birlas, Ambanis, Mittals, or any MNC - so Ambani could GIFT an Aircraft to his beloved wife.
P.Chidambaram is now FULL-FLEDGED into OPERATION GREEN HUNT killing Adivasis, Vanvasis, Dalits and other indigeneous / native Indians by ABUSING Power, to clear the Red Corridoor in name of FARCE-DEVELOPMENT for benefit of corporates.
Lastly, how else can government come-back to power without helping Banias, Komtees, Brahmins and other high-class Indians ??? Helping high-caste people in India, is the prime-duty of GOI.

The socialistic pattern... (there is a certain nobility associated with socialism... said margaret thatcher) and the concept of welfare state have died. Narasimha Rao steered India's foreign policy towards pro-US (pro-capitalism i.e. after the fall of USSR). ever since, indian life has been terribly disturbed. dr. manmohan singh said that the "trickle down effect" would take place., but its 20 yrs now., and we dont see change on the ground. probably it might take another 50 yrs or so. there is a problem in the supply side of things. right now., tonnes of foodgrain are being eaten by rats and mice and unfit for human consumption. why doesnt the grain reach the mandis. what are the obstacles in the supply chain. can the govt. do something about it. or leave it to corrupt baniyas to HOLD INDIA to ransom ?
health care : govt. completely abdicated itself. now the concept of a govt. hospital is dead. time to close govt. hospitals., or sell them to 5-star hotel groups.
education : govt. schools are dying a slow death.. bit by bit.
end result : manu-smiriti in action. the caste system in action. the poor must do menial jobs. muslims placed BELOW harijans.. i.e.
