Aligarh : As many as 58 polytechnic graduates of Aligarh Muslim University have got job placement in prestigious companies of the country.
AMU Polytechnic principal Professor S. Iqbal Ali said, "It is the concerted efforts made by the Polytechnic's Training and Placement office that 58 polytechnic graduates of the department could get placement."
He informed that 24 graduates have got placement in L'Oasis Dammam, 14 in Tata Consultancy Engineering Hyderabad, 5 in Unibet Construction New Delhi, 4 in Tagore Industries Kolkata, 5 in Delton Cables Delhi, 4 in Voltas India Ltd. Mumbai, and 1 each in PNC Construction Agra and Structure Online.
Professor Ali further said that more companies have assured them to conduct placement interviews in future.
He extended his thanks in particular to Training and Placement Officer Dr. Shujaat Yar Khan and Assistant TPO Pankaj Kumar Tyagi for their keen interest in this regard.
