Dhaka : Opener Shahriar Nafees and off-spinner Mahmudullah have been omitted from Bangladesh’s 15-member squad for a one-day series in New Zealand, starting next month.
Junaid Siddique, who did well in the only match he played in the Twenty20 World Cup scoring 71 against Pakistan, replaced Shahriar, while paceman Nazmul Hossain comes in for rookie Mahmudullah who had played only one One-Day international.
Bangladesh will play three one-day internationals and two Tests during the month-long tour of New Zealand.
