Lucknow : A two-judge bench of the Allahabad High Court Friday cancelled the bar council membership of Uttar Pradesh Urban Development Minister Nakul Dubey and State Warehousing Corp chairman Gopal Narayan Mishra.
The bench ruled that the two cannot hold the post of the minister as well as membership in the bar council. The post of the warehousing body chief is of the minister’s rank.
