Rabat : Prof. Ali Sayigh, Director General of the World Renewable Energy Network (WREN) met with Dr. Abdul Aziz AlTuwaijri, director general of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) at the headquarters of ISESCO here recently. The purpose of this visit is to discuss the activities that will be implemented jointly in cooperation between WREN and ISESCO, according to an ISESCO statement.
These activities included organization of the World Renewable Energy Congress X that will be held in Glasgow – Scotland in July, 2008, the World Renewable Energy Conference on Sustainable Development in Renewable Energy that will take place in Jakarta, Indonesia, in June 2008, and the International Seminar on Renewable Energy and Sustainable Development in the Developing Countries to be held in Brighton, UK in October 2008, the statement added.
