Moussa condemns int”l silence at Israeli violence

CAIRO, Jan 5 (KUNA) — Arab League Secretary General Amr Moussa condemned Saturday the international community’s silence at the Israeli atrocities committed against Palestinians, warning that the situation would become worst if the violence were allowed to continue.
He called in a press release the international quartet to immediately intervene in stopping attacks against Palestinians in the Gaza Strip and West Bank.

Moussa said that the efforts promoted at the international peace conference of Annapolis in the U.S. would become a vain attempt to achieve stability in the region if Israel continued its current policies against Palestinians.
