Mumbai : The Indian equities market Thursday opened with a sharp cut. The 30 share benchmark sensitive index of the Bombay Stock Exchange opened with a loss of 227.79 points at 14,957.53 points.
However, the S&P Nifty of the National Stock Exchange opened at 4,524.40 points with a marginal gain of 0.80 points compared to its Wednesday’s close.
