New Delhi : The consolidated net profit of realty major Unitech has dipped by 50 percent for the quarter ended March 31, 2008, going down to Rs.3.6 billion from Rs.7.48 billion in the corresponding quarter last year, the company announced Friday.
Total income of the fourth quarter has also decreased from Rs.16.27 billion last year to Rs.11.97 billion for the quarter ended March 31, 2008.
However, the company has posted a consolidated net profit of Rs.16.62 billion for the year ended March 31, 2008 as compared to Rs.13.05 billion the previous year.
Total income has increased from Rs.33.88 billion for the year ended 2006-07 to Rs. 42.8 billion.
