On the sidelines of their participation in the conference, they told KUNA that Kuwait’s participation was highly important to learn from Egypt’s rich experience in the administrative judiciary field.

Director of the legal department at Kuwait Airways Corporation (KAC) Mona Al-Hazaa said the broad Arab presence at the conference is a great opportunity to exchange experience on the various legal issues at work whether in contracts with other institutes or the individual employees.

For his side, Mohammad Musaed Mandani, a lawyer at Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) said the conference’s aim to promote judicial and cultural heritage was a “pioneer” step in spreading the administrative legal principles in the Arab World.

Mandani thanked the Egyptian State Council for hosting the gathering which groups judicial and legal delegations from all Arab countries, including the six Arab Gulf nations.

Councilor Nasser Maali, vice-chairman of the State Council and secretary-general of the conference praised the Kuwaiti-Egyptian judicial relations and stressed on the importance of continuous coordination between the administrative jurists between both countries.
He said Kuwait is currently considered a ‘model’ in the performance of its parliament on the Arab and democratic levels.

The conference which will last until March 13th will cover judicial general principles, basic procedures, and disciplined objectivity.

The conference aims to transfer the experience of chief judges of Egyptian administrative judiciary to Arab countries on the basis that the Egyptian State Council is a pioneering judicial body in the Arab world and all judicial and legal rulings and principles put in force at all Arab courts were made by Egyptian judges.
