Sarajevo : President of Bosnia-Herzegovina Haris Silajdzic lauded yesterday the outcome of the World Islamic Economic Forum (WIEF) which was held in Kuwait. He thanked the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah’s donation of $100 million to establish a fund for “decent living in the Muslim world.” Speaking to KUNA, Silajdzic, who has recently returned to the country, thanked the Kuwaiti leadership and people for their generous hospitality, indicating that Kuwait has always contributed in plans to develop Muslim countries. The Bosnian leader described the Amir’s speech at the event as a strategic work-paper which led to the success of the forum. Regarding bilateral relations, Silajdzic affirmed that the relations would be bolstered in the near future, describing these ties as excellent.
