Islamabad : Minister for Interior, A. Rehman Malik reached Jeddah from London on a two-day visit of Saudi Arabia on Saturday.He was warmly received by Saudi Deputy Interior Minister, Prince Muhammed Bin Naif, Pakistan Ambassador to Saudi Arabia, Omar Khan Sherzai, Counsel General of Pakistan, Jeddah, Murad Ahmed and senior officials of Saudi Foreign Ministry at the airport.
According to officials sources, the Interior Minister is visiting Saudi Arabia as special representative of President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister, Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani.
The Minister will hold a meeting with Saudi King and Khadim-e-Harmain-e-Sharifain, Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz on Sunday and convey a special message of goodwill from the President and the Prime Minister.
