Patna: Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan, the president of All India Ittihad-e-Millat Council, expressed his anger on division of Muslim political parties saying “There are many Muslim political parties whose leaders are only making their own straight by befooling the innocent public. These leaders are out to dismantle the unified structure of Indian Muslim by divining the Muslim votes on petty grounds” he said.
“This action of Muslim leaders is helping Hindu Communal forces to make a way for Hindu Rashtra in our secular and world’s largest democracy” said Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan who is also grandson of Allama Ahmad Raza Khan Barelvi.
He was speaking at a programme organized by All India Muslim Yuva Manch in Rampur, UP, in connection with the upcoming Lok Sabha election.
The programme was held with the title ‘15 Lok Sabha Mein Vote Kisay Aur Kyon’ (vote for whom and Why in the 15th Lok Sabha) to discuss the strategy for the Lok Sabha election.
Addressing the gathering as the chief guest Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan said: “I also have my party but this is not meant for fighting the elections but for taking up the issues faced by Muslim community” he said adding “At the time of elections the Muslim leaders say that the BJP, Bajrang Dal, RSS, Shiv Sena are enemies of Muslims and we are the true friends of yours. I reckon these so called ‘friends’ are the real enemies of Muslims.”
“Our own brothers come to divide us. So, before opposing the mainstream political parties such as the SP, BSP, BJP and the Congress we must oppose these political outfits” emphasized Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan.
“Our division is definitely favouring the communal forces in the country. It is utmost necessary and need of the hour that we must unite and fight the elections on a common platform. This is the only sure shot way for success” noted he.
Advising Muslims to defeat communal forces unitedly he said “There are such communal forces in our country that are trying to wipe out the green and white colour from the tricolour and striving to paint our country in just one colour i.e. Saffron and our unity can only defeat such a heinous crime” said Maulana Tauqeer Raza Khan.
