Colombo: Ambassadors from the UAE and other Arab countries Wednesday held talks here with the Sri Lankan economic minister to strengthen economic ties.
UAE Ambassador to Sri Lanka Mahmoud Mohammed Mahmoud Al Mahmoud and other heads of Arab diplomatic missions met Basil Rajapaksa to discuss cooperation in infrastructure, trade and development.
The minister discussed the country’s economic situation with the officials.
