Srinagar: Hyderabad-based Maulana Azad National Urdu University (MANUU) offered IAS topper Dr Shah Faesal to join distance courses of the university. Assistant Regional Director of Srinagar Study Centre of MANUU, Dr. Aijaz Ashraf along with other officials here met Dr. Shah Faesal and congratulated him for his success.
During the meeting, MANUU officials made the offer which he accepted.

Later, Dr Faesal talked to in-charge Vice Chancellor and registrar of the university on phone and expressed his happiness over the MANUU coaching centre for minority aspirants of Civil Services.
Since the Kashmir boy Faesal got the top position among successful 875 civil services candidates, he has been congratulated by people from across the country especially Urdu-loving people as his optional language was Urdu. MANUU officials meeting was in that context.
