Raipur : Chhattisgarh Police Friday stepped up its drive to trace two policemen who reportedly went missing in a Maoist-stronghold forested stretch Monday.
“We are making all possible efforts to locate the two jawans who went missing Monday in Narayanpur district,” a police officer told IANS.
The two missing policemen were part of a 90-member contingent drawn from the District Force and the Special Police Officers, who had been assigned duty in the Maoist-dominated Erka forest in Narayanpur district.
