The baby girl shouted ‘Bharat Mata Ki Jai’ at the top of her voice along with over a hundred IAC activists.

“The baby is the great grand daughter of 91-year-old Appa Indravel, the oldest activist fasting here,” Banu Gomes, media coordinator told IANS.

“Twenty-five people have begun their three-day fast here. Two among them are women,” she added.

The activists began their protest at 9 a.m. Tuesday.

Families with their children are coming to the marriage hall to extend their moral support.

Gomes said around 75 officegoers had come in the morning and promised to turn up in the evening.

Student volunteers have begun a street campaign in the neighbourhood about the fast and the anti-corruption bill, Gomes added.
