New Delhi: In solidarity with incarcerated rights activist Dr Binayak Sen, a cultural protest by artists, musicians, poets, film directors and writers will be held under the banner of ‘Artists for Human Rights’ from 2-7 PM on 15th January at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi. Dr Sen was last month held guilty of sedition and awarded life sentence by a Chhattisgarh court.
Among those participating the cultural protest are filmmakers, musicians, singers, poets and students bands from colleges and universities in Delhi.

Musicians: Rabbi Shergill, Susmit Bose and Dhruv Sangari
Poets and writers: Ashok Vajpeyi, K.Satchidanandan, Kumarnarain, Mangalesh Dabral, Gagan Gill, Sanjay Kundan, Teji Grover, Khursheed Alam, Mukul Priyadarshini and Gauhar Raza.
