Bengaluru Beary Jamath celebrates Milad-un-Nabi in Bangalore

Bangalore: The Bengaluru Beary Jamath celebrated Eid Milad-un-Nabi here at Karnataka Kalyana Mantapa in Ganganagar area of Bangalore on Saturday 5th March. The program featured various religious and cultural programmes that were presented by Beary Ilm Centre students.

Dakshina Kannada district Qazi Shekuna Twaqa Ahmed Al Qasimi Al Azhari inaugurated the Milad Sangam program. Bearys Welfare Association President Mr BM Farookh, Malabar Muslim Association General Secretary Mr AB Khader Haji, Shivajinagar Jamia Masjid Imam Maulana Soofi Abdul Khadri, Kudroli Juma Masjid Imam Maulana Abdul Khader Darimi Kukkila, Bappalige Masjidunnor Imam Maulana Sirajuddin Faizy were chief guests.

Qazi Shekuna Twaqa Ahmed was honored by the president of Bengaluru Beary Jamath Mr Hyder Ali Jokatte.

Addressing the gathering the Qazi elaborately explained the forecast of arrival of Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w.) recorded in the holy books like Vedas, bible and other different religious scriptures. He called upon the Muslims to adopt teachings of Islam and the life of the Prophet as model to spread values of peace, harmony, humanitarianisms in true spirit.
