More hard work, difficult choices ahead for Europe: Obama

Cannes : US President Barack Obama Friday warned that there would be more hard work for Europe to do and more difficult choices to make, as the region is struggling to chart a course out of the debt crisis.

“Europe now remains on track to implement its bailout package… Europe has the capacity to meet the challenge,” Obama told a press conference at the end of the two-day G20 summit held
in the French resort city of Cannes, reported Xinhua.

The most important thing that the US could do for the global economy was to get its own economy grow faster, he added.
