Damascus : Embassies of Morocco and the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Syrian capital Damascus were attacked by pro-government protesters Wednesday, Al-Jazeera TV reported.
The embassies’ buildings were pelted with eggs and stones, Xinhua quoted the report as stating.
Moroccan Foreign Minister Taib Fassi Fihri has condemned “the violence against the Moroccan embassy in Syria” and against other Arab embassies.
