Islamabad : At least eight people died Sunday in a blast targeting security men in northwest Pakistan near the Afghan border.
The attack took place in Tirah Valley of Khyber Agency. Four others were injured, Xinhua quoted the local Urdu channel Aaj TV as saying.
The bomb was detonated through a remote-control device. The target of the attack was pro-government militiamen.
