Seoul : Chinese President Hu Jintao met South Korean President Lee Myung-bak here Monday to discuss bilateral ties and issues of common concern.
The two leaders met on the sidelines of the Nuclear Security Summit slated Monday and Tuesday in Seoul. This was the second meeting between Hu and Lee this year.
This year marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries, Xinhua reported.
In 2011, the two-way trade hit $245.6 billion, up by 18 percent over the previous year.
