Hyderabad: Students’ Islamic Organisation of India (SIO) protested on Sunday against the Andhra Pradesh State Minorities Finance Corporation (APSMFC) Scam which saw the exposure of a fraud of Rs.56 Cr meant to be disbursed to the students.
Besides investigations, SIO has put forward the suggestion that APSMFC must be directly monitored by the Principal Secretary, and that its commissioner in future must be of a person of IAS grade.
