New Delhi: Khudai Khidmatgar today organized a candle vigil on the brutal killing of DSP Zia-ul Haque at Delhi’s Okhla Head, opposite Jamia Nagar Police station.
Organisations like Asha Parivar, NAPM, The Legend, etc also took part in it.
They hold placards reading, ‘Justice For Zia ul Haque,’ ‘We Want Justice,’ ‘Time bound fair probe’ of the murder of DSP, etc.
Khudai Khidamtgar Secretary, Inamul Hasan said, “This is very shameful incident… We request the Central Government to not play communal and political card on this issue, and consider it as a shameful event for the Citizen of these Nation”.
Khudai Khidamtgar Ulema Wing Convener, Moulana Fateh Mohd. Nadwi in his address said, we are keenly observing the approach of Uttar Pradesh Government towards Muslim community. If the community can help them win elections, it won’t take time to dethrone them either.”
