Bhola told IANS that he requested police to arrest the minister of state for food processing industries.

Sadhvi Jyoti is in the eye of a storm for her use of foul language two days ago at the Bharatiya Janata Party rally, where she had reportedly asked the voters to “decide if you want a government in Delhi to be led by children of Lord Ram or illegitimate children”.

“Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti is punishable under Sections 153A (hurting sentiments of a section) and 500 (defamation) of the Indian Penal Code for making false and malicious imputations for prompting enmity between Hindu and non-Hindu communities, outraging the religious feeling of non-Hindu community,” said the complaint, a copy of which is in possession of IANS.

“Her grossly offensive speech has caused grave insult to the citizens and caused prejudice to the national integration,” the complaint said.
