New Delhi: An 18-year-old girl from West Bengal was gang raped by two of her friends, including a juvenile, in the national capital, Delhi Police said Saturday.
The girl, a native of New Jalpaiguri, told police that Rahul, 20, and his juvenile friend lured her to their house in south Delhi’s R.K. Puram Friday evening and raped her in turns.
The girl works with a placement agency where both the accused also work. Besides, both the accused belong to her native place.
A police officer said they arrested Rahul and apprehended the juvenile.
The girl said the accused threatened her with dire consequences if she told anyone about the incident.
The girl came to Delhi a year ago and lives at a relative’s place.
A probe is on, the officer said.
