Have ‘effective strategy’ to fight Maoists: CPI-M

New Delhi : The CPI-M Wednesday urged the central and Chhattisgarh governments to work out “an effective strategy” to fight the Maoists who killed 16 people in the state.

Condemning the massacre Tuesday in Sukma district, it said: “This brazen ambush in a region which has seen repeated Maoist attacks highlights the inadequacies of the security strategy meant to deal with the Maoist violence.
